Transit`s Solution for Rio

The magazine WIRED has an article about the transportation caos in Rio. Will cable cars be the solution for the problem in the favelas? Will it be safe? Well as I was reading the article I thought about how the population will feel about it. They may spend 74 million to build this new transportation which reminds of the Alps and snow.
